Job Overview

Sunoco is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst, Customer Support. This is a hybrid position that will devote a portion of time to business analytics and the other portion will be spent managing customer support projects for B2B & B2C teams. This flexible candidate will help drive improvement in the customer lifecycle and journey throughout the organization. This strategic thinker will be responsible for deep dive analytics in the customer support function to provide detailed and actionable insights to business partners across the organization. Additionally, this candidate will lead projects designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support systems.
Reporting & Analytics
Use advanced Excel skills to create reports & dashboards designed to drive action and improve customer and consumer health and profitability
Identify opportunities to optimize existing reporting methodologies with focus on automation where possible
Partner with internal business teams to identify unique opportunities to drive business value through analytics
Prepare executive level reports and presentations designed to build awareness of the customer & consumer experience
Build/maintain cross-functional relationships to reinforce the customer & consumer experience as a functional and business priority
Assist in leading team building efforts and function organization
Perform other analytic duties as assigned
Project Management

Partner with customer support leaders to identify opportunities to drive consistency and efficiency improvements
Manage targeted projects to implementation, pulling in cross-functional team members as needed
Keep detailed project plans to ensure projects are successfully completed and communicated to key stakeholders
Responsible for decision making and problem-solving issues on a day to day basis
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business or finance preferred
2-5 years' experience in data analysis and reporting
1+ year project management, PMP not required but a plus.
Very technologically savvy
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Tableau, and Smartsheet experience strongly preferred but not required
Must be a self-starter and be able to thrive in a highly visible, fast-paced environment
Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships required
Ability to operate as part of a dynamic, changing, and fun team
