One of the largest software companies in the country is searching for a Building Security Program Manager to join their Colleague Experience and Technology team in Palo Alto, CA. This cross-functional role will focus on maintaining the physical security, audio/visual components, and wired/wireless networks of their Palo Alto campus by leading the implementation of large-scale projects and serving as an IT liaison for the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with industry leaders in the software capital of the world on an initial 12-month, W2 contract with the potential to extend or convert to permanent after the contract duration.

Responsibilities:

• Define, lead, and execute large-scale project proposals
• Act as an IT liaison with all business partners and vendors
• Provide oversight and direction to the implementation team to ensure that project specifications are in line with budgets and timelines
• Assist with conference room refreshes, building reconfigurations, and A/V and/or physical security upgrades
• Develop integration plans using multiple vendor products
• Deploy access control components and wired/wireless data networks

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a cross-functional project or program management role focusing on end-to-end implementation and deployment
• Ability to manage CapEx and OpEx budgets
• Experience in project/program management, procurement, scheduling, planning, defining operational support and training plans
• Strong understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management processes, and operational services
• Demonstrated training and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
