ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintains and repairs damage to property. Performs regular maintenance to: lift stations, street sweeper, paint striper, and maintains fullness of open top trash bins and compactors. Assist in upkeep of storage closets and maintenance room. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Attend all company required meetings. Additional responsibilities as requested or required. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English. 2-3 years' maintenance experience. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in: Air-conditioning Plumbing Painting Construction EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
