The Role

As our Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading all brand development initiatives including content strategy, content distribution, email campaigns, social media and PR projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain AOG's brand through the implementation of marketing initiatives across emails, advertisements, social media, etc.
• Own the content marketing calendar and distribution channels
• Leading campaign ideation and the lifecycle of promotional campaigns managed internally and via a PR agency
• Building a vibrant Brand Ambassador program
• Establish the brand review processes and brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Startup or agency experience is a must
• Understanding of various social media platforms
• High degree of comfort managing multiple projects
• Team player with excellent communication skills
