Member Experience Associate

Starting Pay:
$21/hourly with additional incentive/compensation; full compensation plan is reviewed during interview

Full Time - 40 hours a week

Shift:
9 AM - 6 PM; Monday - Friday, weekends and holidays off

What you will do:

• Performs routine sales, service and operational functions for AAA Members including: DMV, cashiering, auto travel, notary, and insurance sales support, with expectations for maintaining required standards, policies and procedures.

• Understands and actively promotes products and services to achieve individual goals in support of meeting organization goals and objectives.

• Demonstrates sales and service skills. Able to effectively interact, face-to-face, with new, prospective and existing Members.

• Receive career-development and the opportunity to promote to other positions

What you will need:

• Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication

• Accuracy and comfort handling money, making change, and balancing a cash drawer

• A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections

• Bonding and fingerprinting and P&C Licensing may be require

• Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
