Job Overview
Best Line Equipment is currently seeking Bobcat Technicians to service the Pennsylvania Capital Region. All technicians will report to our Harrisburg, PA facility, to provide exceptional service and repairs to customer and in house equipment alike. Technicians are supplied with laptops, diagnostic tooling, mentorship program, factory training and support, amongst other items necessary to successfully fulfill and perform their duties.

Job Overview:
Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain Bobcat Loaders, Excavators, Tractors, Mowers, Utility Vehicles, Telehandlers, amongst other fleet and customer owned equipment.
Conduct specialty builds for National and Government accounts.
Record and communicate proper documentation, data, and status for all repair types, services, and specialty builds.
Fundamental time management and flexibility
Create estimates for effective and efficient repairs.
Quality Assurance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Full time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
Requirements:
At least two years experience in comparable markets. (Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing automotive, truck, construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment.)
Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical, mechanical abilities.
Beneficial experience would include DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.
Starting pay rate dependent on experience and certifications.
