BMW Shop Foreman Benefits:
Up to $56 Per Flat Rate Hours based on experience & qualifications
Annual Longevity Bonus
Plus Commission on entire BMW shop hours produced
BMW Technician experience required
BMW Foreman experience preferred but not required

BMW Shop Foreman Responsibilities:
Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with the dealership, state, and factory standards.
Manage the workflow within the shop.
Assist the technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
Coach and mentor your team of technicians.
Address the customer's primary concern with diagnosis, repair, and quality control.
Master our Dealer Management System for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.
Understand federal, state, and local regulations.
Work effectively with management to address any customer concerns.
Meet monthly dealer goals
BMW Shop Foreman Qualifications:
BMW technician experience
A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Process and detail-oriented with developed organizational skills
Ambitious and possess a desire to learn and grow within our company
