Description:

Actalent is currently hiring a BIM Manager to support an Architecture firm based out of Columbus, OH. The architecture firm primarily supports retail clients and also focuses on municipal, educational, and residential projects.

• You will primarily be supporting, mentoring, and being the BIM resource for project teams throughout the organization.
• You will also contribute to the creation, organization, and maintenance of Revit and AutoCAD content.
• You will also be responsible for conducting client meetings and providing updates to customers on where you (or your team) stands with a project.

You will be a full-time W-2 employee of Actalent where you would receive an hourly wage, 6 paid holidays, and 40 hours of PTO/Vacation, Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision insurance), Employee Assistance Program, and Employee Discount Program. After 9-months of employment through Actalent you have the ability to transition to the firm as a Direct employee.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• +5 years of experience as a BIM Manager for a firm that focuses on retail projects
• Highly skilled within Revit and proficiency within AutoCAD
