Our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Nashville, TN, is looking to hire multiple Bilingual Work from Home Patient Engagement Specialists to start ASAP.

Details:

• Must be fluent in Korean and English

• Full time - 40 hours/week (flexible shifts)

• $17.50/hour

• All equipment is provided, but must already have a hard-wired internet connection at home (Wifi will not suffice)

• Must have a quiet, HIPAA secured environment to work in

• Contract until the end of the year

• Previous healthcare and call center experience is required

Description:

• Making outbound calls to patients using an auto dialer (about 80 - 160+ calls per day)

• Calling members/patients who have multiple chronic conditions and maintenance medications

• Inform patients about options when it comes to managing their medications

• Make outbound scheduling calls to consumers who need a medication review and may possess several social determinants of health barriers making it difficult for them to obtain medications and/or adhere to their medication regiment.

• Effectively describing customized solutions to each consumer, navigating through and overcoming objections throughout.

• Engage consumers with complex conditions and social determinants of health who need help to overcome challenging circumstances.
