Bilingual International Customer Service Liaison The International Customer Service Liaison- Bilingual owns the customer export order management process and ensures orders are fulfilled by providing direction and coordination throughout the International supply chain. Coordinates logistics activities, creates export documentation and is aware of regulatory and trade compliance regulations. This position is the primary contact for many Latin American customers.

Areas of Responsibility:

Problem Solving and Decision Making and leadership
  • Identifies problems proactively, determines root cause and is responsible for driving resolution of all issues related to the fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Effectively handles all facets of export order process including order management, compliance, regulatory, pricing, transportation, and documentation.
  • Qualify and address impact of country specific industry alerts on product requirements. Coordinates collaborative decisions as needed for resolution.
  • Engages in continued learning of International trade compliance regulations.
  • Provides direction to cross functional teams to meet customer fulfillment expectations, while ensuring company business processes are followed
Customer Relationship Management and leadership
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships and provides international logistical expertise for internal and external customers
  • Creates and fosters cooperative relationships with Plants, DCs, Planning, Credit, Regulatory, Transportation, Sales, Marketing, and with external partners including freight forwarders, and government agencies including USDA
  • Prepares presentations for customer meetings
Order Processing, Transportation Planning, Documentation, Systems
  • Creates and monitors customer orders in FeedE1/JDE9.2
  • Knowledgeable on multiple systems such as Feed E1; JDE9.2 OTM, GTM, Power BI, Sales Force, OBI
  • Utilizing and leveraging OTM for below functions: Shipment planning, Booking, Freight Resolution, Auditing, Troubleshooting as needed
  • Create Trade Transactions and GTM export Documentation
Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • 3 years' experience in Supply Chain or International Customer Service
  • If no Bachelor's Degree then 5 years' experience in Supply Chain or International Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Systems Knowledge: Feed E1, JDE 9.2, OTM/GTM, Sales Force
