REMOTE - MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF DAYTONA BEACH, FL

A large Mortgage Company is looking for serval bilingual (Spanish) customer service representatives to join their growing team.

This is a true contract-to-hire position with an opportunity for growth.

The pay is $17 per hour and is a remote position.

First 2 days of training on-site / 2 days on site per month

Job Description:

- Will be handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day, sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on how long each call lasts.

- This person will be responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to mortgage servicing questions.

- Process payments, insurance documents and other items

- Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.

- When they are not taking calls on the insurance line, they will be taking calls on the mortgage lines

- The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.

- The CSR has to respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both our internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis.

- Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner.

- Outbound calls are also often necessary.

- Update system notes to reflect first call resolution and any important information as necessary

A Great Candidate Will Have:

- At least 6+ months of customer service experience. (Call Center Preferred but not required) Retail is sufficient

- Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating their software system

- Typing: at least 35 WPM (typing test required)

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- internet connection - ( NEEDS TO BE HARDWIRED TO MODEM, WIFI ONLY WON'T WORK)

- Reliable transportation (must be willing to work hybrid)

- Communication skills are very important for this role

NICE TO HAVE:

- call center experience in a Mortgage or insurance setting ($1 increase in pay)

- Spanish-speaking agents (not required to write/type in Spanish) ($2 increase in pay)

Work Schedule:

Training: 2 - 3 weeks fully on-site in Daytona Beach from 9:30 am to 6 pm

After training, the schedule will be 11:30 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is optional, not mandatory

After training, they will shift to a hybrid schedule. 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Flexible with the days that they can work in the office.

Once you go permanent:

- Quality/Performance/Attendance Bonus - quarterly up to $1,000
