What qualifications do I need?

Laptop or Desktop with minimum specifications to meet: i5 5th generation or better, 2gHz processor or faster, Windows 10 Operating System, 8gbRAM or more - 2 monitors (Chromebooks and Macbooks are not compatible)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Customer service experience (preferred)
Bilingual - English and Vietnamese (Required)
General computer skills including M/S Office, Email, etc.
