International Construction Company is seeking a Bid Coordinator for their West division!
This will be onsite, beautiful office just two minutes from the 405 freeway!
Must have construction background and be ready to start right away!
Responsibilities:
Researching subcontractors
Maintaining a current list of subcontractors in California and schedule bids and RFP deliverables
Conducting and documenting follow-up calls
Schedule meetings, preparing presentations and compiling information for bids.
Organizing, formatting and submission of RFP and Hard Bids
Assist Preconstruction Team in meeting deadlines for each bid
Organize and store vendor responses electronically.
Will assist with auditing and researching pricing issues, interact regularly with subcontractors and vendors to learn produce lines
Qualifications:
5+ years of bid coordination or similar construction experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, such as business administration
Strong communication skills
MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Calendar and formatting PDF'S
5+ years with Adobe and or BlueBeam
