Job Overview
Volume Cars is looking for our next BDC Call Center Representative to join our Centralized Business Development Team. This is a HUGE opportunity within the fastest growing automotive group in North America. Locations in Des Plaines, IL, Countryside, IL, and Naperville, IL; the BDC Call Center Representative is responsible for handling internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments and sales for the dealership.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
Emails, and outgoing text messaging
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers
Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
Contact consumers based on current market trends and incentives
Job Requirements:
Excellent computer skills
Customer Service Knowledge
Bilingual is a PLUS
Vinsolutions CRM experience is a PLUS
Automotive experience helpful but NOT required
Persuasive
Ability to multi-task

Pay: $39,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
