Job Overview
Mohawk Auto Group has-IMMEDIATE OPENINGS-to work as a Switchboard Operator. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Answer switchboard & route calls.
Assisting our customers with basic dealership information.
Greet and interact with customers on the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Effectively take messages as needed and properly relay to the necessary person/department
Assist in directing customers to the correct department
Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multi-tasking.
Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP/CDK system).
Professional appearance & attitude.
Pre-placement drug screen.
Additional Considerations:
Bilingual English & Spanish, is a plus!
Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person.
