Responsibilities:
Meet & Greet customers at the vehicle.
Use a state of the art tablet and write up system to check customer in.
Electronically dispatch to technicians who complete a thorough MPI for you.
Pricing is automatic and you text/email your customer or review in lobby with tablet.
Follow up and keep Excellent Communication with your customers.
Earn Great Surveys and earn additional $$$
Experience:
At least 1-3 years experience in automotive service advising.
Hot shot Express Advisor ready to step up? Let's talk!
Computer literate and able to type 40 wpm.
You Will:
Have valid Washington State Drivers License with clean driving abstract.
Pass our background check.
Have the ability to hustle and work hard for your pay.
Team mentality, jumping in to help when needed.
Smile a lot - we make our day and control our own feelings.
Have honesty and integrity, we don't present anything that is not needed for the safe operation of our customers vehicles.
