JOB SUMMARY AND DUTIES:
Service Advisor's will be responsible for professionally greeting customers, writing accurate repair orders, following through with customers on "promise time", changes in cost estimate, suggested additional repairs, and closing repair orders as appropriate. Strong selling skills
Superior communication and customer service skills
Driven ability to work in a fast pace environment
Chevy experience a plus
Previous dealership service department experience plus
Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Supervisory and Team Work skills
