Primary Responsibilities

Meet with customers to determine their needs for repair or service on their vehicles, which includes gathering information and listening to customer concerns to ensure that all of their needs and expectations are understood, confirmed, and met
Provide an accurate and upfront estimate to the customer
Work closely with the technicians to better understand their time management/efficiency, parts ordering process, and job completion times.
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the process and update customers frequently.
Upon completion of service, prepare and thoroughly review the invoice to ensure the customer's satisfaction
Must follow safety policies and procedures
Keep up to date on products, maintenance requirements, and other services.
Increase customer satisfaction by building strong customer relations
Maintain the company standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and excellent employee and community relations

Requirements

Previous Service Advisor Experience of 1-2 years
Working knowledge with a DMS (Dealer Management System) and an iPad
Physically able to stand on a tile floor for most of your shift and work in all weather conditions
Consent to a background check and drug screening
Must have a valid drivers' license with less than 4 points and no record of reckless driving
Mobile device requirements: IOS 12 or newer or iPhone 6S or newer or Android 8 or newer
