Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. We're looking to add the right person to a dynamic, fast-paced service department that has an amazing culture!

As a Service Advisor you are responsible for owning the customer experience, from the moment that the customer's vehicle enters the building until the moment the customer leaves the parking lot. The goal is to develop a strong professional relationship with the customer, making sure that all their needs are met during the visit, and ensuring that they are completely satisfied at redelivery!

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting guests with service needs
• Generating estimates
• Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity
• Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering
• Conducting post-repair follow-up
• Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance
• Covering results, progression and training with Service Manager daily
