The Service Advisor is the primary point-of-contact for customers having their vehicles serviced at the dealership.
Your Day-to-Day
Schedules service appointments by gathering as much information on the needed repairs as possible. Greets customers on the Service Drive, performs a vehicle walk around and properly documents customer concerns for the technicians. Keeps customers informed on needed repairs, changes in cost quotes and the time vehicles will be ready for pick up. Completes an active delivery at the time of customer pick-up, reviews all work performed and goes over the final bill. Maintains excellent customer service scores. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities provided by the company or manufacturer.

At least one year of prior automotive service experience. Outstanding organization and follow-up skills. Desire to provide a high level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with computers. Must be goal driven and have a strong desire to succeed. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
