Your role as an Automation Engineering Technician:

• Troubleshoot production equipment mechanically and electrically during breakdown situations.
• Field wire minor modifications/changes and parts replacement for production equipment
• PLCs, Sensors, Drives, Cameras/Vision Systems, HMIs, robotics knowledge
• Document programing/schematic and electrical changes/drawings
• Works with a high level of self-direction. Internal customers include product line/focus factory management, Supervisors, and manufacturing engineering.
• Works with a frequent demand to establish priorities and meet tight deadlines with significant impact to the business.

Education & Experience

• 2 year technical degree and applicable experience (preferred)
• 3+ years Maintenance Technician
• 1-3 years Electrician - preferred
• 1-3 years PLC/Industrial Controls/Robotics
