Role Description

As an Associate, you will enable the successful delivery of large capital projects across the country by guiding stakeholders from start to end with a focus on team performance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution. You will work alongside senior leaders, grow relationships with many clients, designers, and other stakeholders, and analyze the valuable information obtained through the process to drive innovation and competitive advantage in our markets. In addition, you will work directly with a Partner assigned to you to provide mentorship and help guide your career. Your work will be diverse (including designing and launching new products, facilitation, marketing, and financial analysis) to enrich your professional development. This experience, and the relationships you develop, will provide you with a unique perspective and skill set that will differentiate you from your peers on your way to leadership roles within our company and the industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing our current project portfolio and developing new business nationwide
  • Leading client engagements and delivering excellent client service
  • Working collaboratively with project teams to deploy stakeholder alignment and other advisory programs
  • Managing junior members of the team and helping them develop
  • Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive
  • Developing and growing new service verticals and product offerings

Qualifications

  • Two to five years of experience in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree from a top tier university (minimum GPA of 3.4)
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take the initiative and work independently
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
