Associate level responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Create, maintain, and analyze financial models and databases.
- Reviewing estimates & cost reports
- Preparing project status presentations & update reports
- Analysis of complex commercial construction project schedules
- Review and analyze project cost control documents
- Compile detailed research, fact finding, and analysis
- Damages quantification
- Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product
Entry-level applicants must have degree in on of the following concentrations :
Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Science
