Job Overview

The Associate Site Operations Liaison supports the day-to-day operations of assigned facility including cleaning, maintenance, and identification and notification of required repairs to provide a well-managed and well-maintained building. This person will also provide facilities support for EH&S for the assigned site. They will coordinate personnel moves, space setup and support Facilities work order requests. Works with landlord and property manager re: site issues. Paying close attention to fostering good client relations and promoting a professional approach to the business.

A typical day might include:
  • Provides general administrative office support, as well as, Facilities support, to include interior maintenance as needed.
  • Provides onsite support for various Facilities projects, including oversight and coordination of small projects independently.
  • Works closely with Landlord representatives in resolving any building operations issues, and service level concerns.
  • May be required to track and report monthly café employee discounts.
  • Provides support for Regeneron Facilities Requests from end users.
  • Interacts with and coordinates various vendors and contractors.
  • Develops and distributes site-wide communications regarding facilities and site issues. (consistent w/TT)
  • Coordinates distribution of building access fobs.
  • Serves as site EH&S liaison and supports emergency response.
  • Provides excellent customer service to the Regeneron community.
  • Provides support to Event Services in planning and executing events at assigned site.
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Perform site and grounds audit to maintain and optimize facility.
  • Reports any known accidents and/or safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite Applications
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Works in a dynamic environment. Handle difficult situations with the ability to put others at ease
  • Ensures that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained and operating effectively
  • Capability to lead and manage office projects, renovations, repairs, and maintenance as the need may arise
  • Act as liaison between Regeneron and building management
  • Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills, able to prioritize projects
  • Able to work office-based hours with flexibility to work extra hours as sometimes required

We are looking for someone with a minimum of an associate degree (preferred) with 1-3 years of administrative support or office management experience. You must have experience working with service and maintenance vendors and previous experience working within a Facilities, Real Estate or Operations department preferred. Previous experience working within a client/customer service position a plus.
