This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1633 Medical Center Point, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80922,

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Respond to complex customer calls
• Schedule incoming patient referrals
• Identify and collect out of pocket costs prior to patient surgeries
• Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
• Benefit and Eligibility information
• Billing and Payment issues
• Customer material requests
• Physician assignments
• Authorization for treatment
• Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
• Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $16.00 - $20.38.
