- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ Years of progressively responsible field operations experience in general contracting environment, including, at a minimum, verifiable experience managing projects over $5M. Experience with similar project and market type or projects of a larger size may be required for some positions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create, update and manage construction schedules
- Experience with P6, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Sage
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to establish priorities, meet firm deadlines, and problem-solve
- Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be goal oriented and a self-starter
