The ideal candidate must have experience in Multi-Family community building; Garden/Wrap/High-rise/Mid/rise/podium construction projects (200+ units).

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the management of day-to-day project activities to meet project schedule, quality, and budget objectives
• Manage project team in collaboration with the project superintendent
• Partner with the Superintendent to keep the project on or ahead of schedule

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience with multi-family projects ranging from $10M - $100M
• 2+ yrs of experience within Podium, Urban / High-Density, and Multi-Family communities
• Overseeing multiple subcontractor trades and coordinating suppliers and deliveries

Perks:

• Salary - $100K-$110K
• Annual Bonus - 10%-20%
