Job Description:

-Responsible for assisting and supporting the project management team in the overall coordination of the project planning, construction, and scheduling and their management of the field superintendent, subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers

-Review of Plans and Specifications to understand the scope of the project

-Assist the the Project Manager in the development of detailed Scopes of Work

-Assist the Project Manager in establishing lead times

-Assist in the processing of Purchase Order and Contracts

-Update the Project Schedule as developed by the Project Manager and the Field Superintendent on a weekly basis

-Assist in the administration of all subcontract requirements and submittals to ensure compliance of all contract requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant or Assistant Project Manager duties
• Knowledge of industry standard construction terminology a must
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
• Experience with New Construction Mixed-Use or Residential Projects
