Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work closely with the Project Managers in the office as well as with the Superintendents in the field. Below are a few of the responsibilities this position would have:

Review of drawings prior to the release with the PM focus on Value engineering.
Assist the PM in gathering and qualifying bidders
Assist the PM in selecting, scoping, and contracting vendors
Working with PMs, Superintendents, Subcontractors and Consultants to solve and mitigate challenges during construction
Submitting and tracking of RFIs and submittals
Tracking and issuing plan revisions to subcontractors
Assist the PM in tracking and qualifying change order requests
Help prepare preliminary and final construction schedules
Visit projects: Project may be a distance away from the office. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
