The Assistant Project Manager will assist and support the Project Manager on Assigned Projects. The APM will perform routine daily activities, gather and distribute information and must be versatile and flexible. Strong Communication Skills are required both Written and Verbal. The APM should have 1-2 years of Hands on Construction Experience, CM Degree preferred.

Job will be in Brooksville for 6-7 Months and then Projects will be in Tampa and surrounding. Candidate must be willing travel to Tampa eventually.

Requirements:

BS in Construction Management or relative Construction Experience
1+ Years Hands on Construction Industry Experience
Proficiency with common Software
Proficiency with Change Management Software
Proficiency with Popular Construction Management software, I.E Bluebeam
Computer Proficiency/Ability to Multi-task and Collaborate online.
Time Management and Organizational Skills
Self Motivated
Ability to read drawings and specifications

Duties:

Represent the Company in the Management of Construction Activities in a timely manner.
Communicate Construction Contract Terms, Plans/Specs, Schedule, Progress, etc. To all Stakeholders and Management Staff.
Oversee Change Order Process and continually track against budget.
Monitor Construction Schedule and track against budget.
Monitor Construction Expenses and Payment Schedule against Budgets
Act as Liaison between C-Suite and other Staff during construction.
Develop Progress Reports and other Deliverables.
Effective Communication between Stakeholders regarding status of Projects
Understanding of Construction/Engineering/Architectural Drawings, Low Voltage/IT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
