Description:

Responsibilities / Job Description: Candidates will be responsible for taking a project from estimation, negotiation, through build to completion. Manage a team of project engineers and superintendents on site as well as subcontractors. Periodically they go into the field and look at projects. Experience with scheduling. Involved in the bidding process. Putting together contracts for the bid. Work with and manage vendors/ sub contractors. Estimating experience is a plus. Candidate will be working with change orders and RFI's. Typically work on jobs between 500k-10million. High-rise and commercial TI projects, reconfiguring class A buildings.

Best candidates will have 3-7 years as a PM with estimating experience. Experience in tenant improvement is a must.
