The asphalt laborer position is a critical member of the paving team as we work to build better communities. Here are some of the things you will do: Rake and shovel asphalt Help equipment operators facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of the machines, equipment, and materials. Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction will be performed. Dump windrows from belly and double belly trucks. Prep construction site, and clean area to eliminate possible hazards.
