We are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager to participate in the design, and implementation of a variety of projects which range from the rehabilitation and expansion of existing buildings to new building design. This position is located in our Boston MA Office.

Responsibilities

• Project Management including administration on multiple projects
• Develop scopes for architectural services
• Negotiate fees for services
• Meet with regulatory agencies
• Review design documents and construction estimates
• Perform constructibility reviews
• Schedule and manage architectural consultants

Qualifications

• Registered Architect preferred
• 8-10 years U S. experience in building design and construction document preparation
• Experience in Public Sector and health care projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of Revit required
• Knowledge of Local Building Codes
• Strong conceptual, communication, planning and organization skills and be capable of working both individually and in a team environment on a variety of projects and tasks
