Job Title: Architectural Designer / Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced architectural designer to join our team. In this position, you will design, draft, and manage all aspects of architectural design for a variety of commercial and residential projects. This position will most likely be remote - work from home.
Role and Responsibilities
Prepares architectural plans as directed by Lead Designer and assists Lead Designer in construction administration activities.
Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval.
Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants, and design-build subcontractors.
Assist Principal in administration, review, and coordination of project submittals.
Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.
Oversees and manages project teams both internally as well as a team of consulting designers and engineers.
Manages resources to ensure project schedules are met.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
BA or higher in Architecture
5+ years of Architectural experience
Highly proficient with AutoCAD
Experience with Commercial Projects
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
