Summary of Responsibilities:

The Architect's main responsibility is to see Design/Build Remodel projects through our process from start to finish, in both the design and construction administration phases, while building and improving client, staff and trade partner relationships. Collaborating in a team environment with our Project Developer/Salesperson (company owner), general manager, design team, production team and our clients is the key to success. The Architect plays a leading role to ensure successful projects and ecstatic clients.

Essential Functions

Collaborate with Project Developer, design team and clients to meet and/or exceed project goals
Collaborate with and supervise design team on all aspects of project development, design, and construction administration
Complete site assessments and field measures, and create drawings for all phases including existing conditions, concepts, and production
Secure written client approval on critical design decisions and product selections
Verify all final measurements and substantial product and buyout details prior to purchase order issuance
Manage and/ attend showroom visits with clients
Revisit designs and adjust designs as needed
Research and incorporate artistic elements into designs as needed

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

7-10 years of industry experience with 5+ years in residential remodeling
Professional degree in architecture
Architect license preferred but not required
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Experience with residential remodels and new construction
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Chief Architect and/or CAD expertise

Compensation:

$60,000-$85,000 based on experience
