You will work along side experienced tradesmen to restore residential single family homes; to include, townhomes, single residence spaces, and apartment complexes.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Framing
Demolition
Proper & Safe Usage of Hand tools and Power tools
Hauling of material and tool
Site clean up
Follow safety guidelines while on job sites or working in a shop
Window Installation
Door Installation
Cabinet Installation
Flooring Installation
Installation of interior trim, base, casing, crown molding, etc.
Operate hand and power tools
Finish/Trim work of millwork
Installation, taping, mudding and sanding of drywall
Painting, staining, varnishing of millwork
Ability to adequately complete daily tasks on own after receiving training
Willingness to learn and advance
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Requirements:

Reliable transportation daily to shop located in Anoka, MN
Valid Drivers License
Ability to pass pre-employment screening (MVR and Background Check)
Willingness to participate in any/all safety training required for the position
