Job Overview
The Applications Spray Technician will interact daily within a Painting Process Laboratory using Paint Application Equipment & Automation tools. You will ensure the safe operation of Applications Spray Equipment and Chemical Handling necessary. Applications Technicians verify and maintain the Lab and Equipment to set 5S /Quality Standards. You will execute the spray experiments using Robotic Equipment, while documenting activities and managing customer workflow to meet timelines successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and Set Equipment Parameters per Standard Documentation
• Use computers to operate equipment, capture process settings and record results.
• Understand, record and verbalize detailed information accurately
• NO prior experience necessary; paid training
• Physically demanding position - Must be able to lift dump buckets at the end of the shift that can weight up to 50 lbs. There is also majority of standing on their feet.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required, with chemistry and algebra aptitude preferred; some college chemistry and math are desirable.
• No experience required, paid training
• Must be able to handle physically demanding position
• Digitally literate
