Xavient Digital LLC is looking to hire a Application Developer for Las Vegas, NV. This will be a very critical role in a strategic team and hence we require a diligent and extremely talented Application Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of full life cycle application development.
  
• Design and develop application solutions for enterprise-level projects.
  
• Assist with the requirements analysis to determine feasibility of proposed solutions and solution requirements and to support the development of appropriate architecture, and application modules, and to create baselines for system performance.
  
• Utilize technologies such as C# ASP.NET applications.
  
• Draft System Design documents. Conduct code walk through to ensure that the highest coding standards are maintained. Involved in production support activities and TQA support activities. Use Team Foundation Server to log the bugs and project tracking.
  
• Participate in development and modifications of computer application solutions employing a range of development tools, technologies and platforms.
  
• Participate in the testing of solutions under development in controlled environments prior to release.
  
• Employ appropriate application development methodologies within multi-tier, and distributed environments.
  
• Employ effective communication techniques to provide project status reports to team members, direct supervisors and responsible Xavient managers, and to develop accurate documentation that complies with company standards.
  
• Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic travel/relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
  

Educ./experience:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or related field, plus two (2) years' post-baccalaureate experience as Design Application Specialist, Tech Specialist, or related role. Experience must include design application modules, ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, JQUERY, JavaScript, Sql Server, XML and CTNT.
