Duties:
We are seeking passenger service assistants (PSA's) in our Customer Service department to provide special assistance to elderly passengers and passengers with disabilities and to provide an exceptional customer service experience at DIA (Denver International Airport). You will meet passengers on arriving and connecting flights to provide wheelchair or some walking assistance through the concourses to baggage claim, ground transportation, or to their next gate (if applicable). The same service is provided for passengers departing on flights from the DEN airport. Hours of operation are 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
This job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and walk and stand for long periods of time. Candidates need to be customer service oriented and have great compassion for others. Candidates must also be able to verbally communicate with passengers, including the ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to physically perform required work (walk, lift, push, pull, & stand throughout the shift)
Professional appearance, great attitude, and exceptional customer service skills
Dependable, self motivated and responsible
Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
