Job Overview

: The position primarily fuels aircraft, moves aircraft, filing out invoices for sales and processing payments from customers. Records keeping for products meaning fuel and oil. It requires good professional customer service and a professional appearance. This position works to ensure the safety, security, and maintenance of Airport grounds, equipment, buildings, and facilities as needed which includes janitorial work when needed. Ontime performance and good attendance is important. We deal with corporations flying into the airport as well as privately owned aircraft. Winter operations include deicing of aircraft, and snow removal of runway/taxiway areas along with surrounding areas where our passengers use. The employee responds to aircraft emergencies, performs aircraft marshaling and servicing, and interacts regularly with pilots, crews, and customers. The employee must be available to work all shifts and holidays as The airport is operated 24/7. We are looking for responsible people who know about care about safety. Sometimes grounds keeping will be needed during the growing season to help with our maintenance department. A mature attitude is required.

Must possess excellent customer service skills and maintain professionalism and courtesy when dealing with the public, other city departments, airport personnel, and tenants.

Must be computer literate.

Must be mechanically inclined and able to use various hand tools, power tools, as well as operate large airport equipment.

Must be able to obtain ARFF certification for Aircraft Firefighting and Rescue as required by 14 CFR 139 regulations

Working with the public, customer service skills, must be computer literate and able to operate various types of office equipment, must be mechanically inclined and able to use various hand tools, power tools, and operation of large airport equipment.

Must possess effective and efficient communication skills, both oral and written
