Job Overview
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of 3 properties and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our properties in a clean and orderly condition and provide a 5 star experience to every guest.
We offer a quarterly performance bonus based on feedback from guests.
The schedule is variable 7 days/week as needed depending on check-ins and check-outs. Most of the time the hours will be approximately 11 am - 4 pm. Generally there are about 5 days of work per week. Flexibility is a must for last minute bookings.
Currently we are looking for a lead cleaner that will be able to manage 1 other person if needed.
Work will take place in Draper and Lehi, UT. You must be able to provide your own transportations to these locations.
Responsibilities
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (doing laundry, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Care for yard and hot tubs
Make supply runs as necessary
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Proven working experience as a cleaner
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity
High school degree
