Movora is hiring for a Additive Manufacturing Engineer. The Additive Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for creating the build (based on models provided by R&D), supervising build setup, operation supervision, and maintenance supervision of the AM printers and post processing equipment. The Additive Manufacturing Engineer will also be responsible for all manufacturing support and establishing internal post machining processes. They will ensure the proper manufacture of AM parts and that they are compliant to internal quality requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Run production builds
Design and review of build files
Design of part supports for builds
Lead efforts to design and optimize equipment capabilities
Assist in removing production build from build plate
Monitor supplies (powder/filers/gas)
Equipment Preventative Maintenance
Equipment Maintenance (Filer changes/ Powder removal)
Follow established production control procedures
Establish internal post machining processes
Lead all outside processing relations related to build post processing

Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements:

4 year degree or equivalent experience/education combination
Min 5 years in manufacturing with a proven record for managing and/or coordinating projects from start to completion.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in metal additive manufacturing. Preference would be DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) additive manufacturing experience.
Experience using Materialise Magics software
Experience using SAP, Oracle or other Data Management Systems.
Good organizational skills
Experience using MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong written skills, with an ability to make monthly progress reports.
High degree of organizational, analytical, and team management and leadership skills
Ability to work on multiple projects as a team member or leader.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
