Responsibilities

REVOLUTION is now hiring for an Account Representative position in Mesquite, TX. This role will provide sales support and management to customers and distributors. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a high level of independent analysis requiring initiative and judgment.

• Manage assigned existing accounts to help build relationships and further penetrate and expand current solutions.
• Manage new account pipeline, exploring new customers across multiple channels.
• Support commercialization projects across national customers to drive compliance and speed-to-market.
• Provide timely quotes and response to customer and broker requests.
• Provide market feedback on marketplace dynamics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and/or equivalent business-related experience preferred.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Honest, optimistic, and a team player.
• Pragmatic and action-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions and priorities.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite with working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to accurately handle multiple transactions in high demand, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated focus on a positive customer experience and exceeding customer expectations.
• High level of integrity and ethics.
