We are looking for an experienced, creative Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our growing Commercial team. At 3E, we are on a mission to establish a safer world! - Collaborate seamlessly with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify and gain a deep understanding of our top strategic accounts.
- Develop effective and compelling account-focused marketing strategies to drive user growth and product adoption.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with the Commercial and Product strategy, utilizing appropriate marketing channels and MarTech stack.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate campaigns performance and deliver on team KPIs.
- Utilize customer and market insights to inform decision making.
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across the business and provide regular performance updates.
- Work collaboratively with the global Marketing team to maximize reach and performance of campaign activity and to share best practices.
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience. Required 1-3 years of experience in ABM role where you were responsible for developing target account strategy and executing on the plan. Knowledge of the EHS and chemical regulatory compliance space is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required. A degree in communications and/or marketing preferred.
- Well-versed in digital marketing best practices, channels and MarTech tools, e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, etc.
- Preferred experience in implementing and using ABM tools such as first and third party intent data, marketing attribution, web personalization.
- Social media and tech savvy.
- Diagnostic sales or similar value-based pricing methodologies familiarity is preferred.
- Results-Oriented. Creative, resourceful with get-it-done mindset. Comfortable using KPIs and stakeholder feedback to interpret trends and make decisions that maximize the value of Marketing efforts.
- Agile and Flexible. Thrives in a fast-paced business environment. Performs well managing multiple, competing priorities, and working in a matrixed environment.
