PM Houseperson/Pool Attendant Job Duties: _$15 Hourly - Full or Part Time Available_
MUST be able to 3-5 days a week 3p-11p, can be negotiated.
Clean and maintain all public areas including, but not limited to lobby, pool, guest bathrooms, patio, gym, guest laundry, elevators, hallways and corridors.
Maintaining shelf organization of the houseperson cart, in the storage rooms and replenishing supplies as needed
Delivering request and help with luggage as needed, and directed by front desk
Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture.
Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.
Clearing used towels, washing, drying and putting them away
Clearing of glasses, washing, drying and putting them away
Clearing of all trash, and taking out to dumpster
Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the hotel.
Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
Reporting any damages or incidences to the manager on duty.
Working with Engineers regarding pool cleanliness
Pool Attendant Requirements:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
At least one year's experience in the hospitality industry, or similar.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures a plus
Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
